Welcome to iStay. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the iStay (“Provider App”), which allows hotels and accommodation partners to manage listings, reservations, pricing, availability, and related services on the iStay platform.
iStay may suspend accounts for misuse, fraud, or inaccurate information.
You agree that all property information including hotel name, address, photos, amenities, room descriptions, pricing, and availability must be accurate and lawful.
iStay may remove or edit listings that violate platform standards.
Repeated cancellations may lead to penalties or suspension.
You agree to maintain accurate rates and disclose taxes, service charges, and fees. iStay may charge commissions, subscription fees, promotional fees, or other agreed charges.
Providers must clearly define cancellation policies. If refunds are required due to provider error, overbooking, unavailable rooms, or service failure, iStay may process or recover the applicable amount.
You may establish reasonable property rules, provided they are lawful, clearly disclosed, and consistently applied.
Guests may leave reviews based on their experience. iStay may moderate reviews for abuse, spam, or policy violations.
You grant iStay a non-exclusive right to use your property name, logo, descriptions, and images for listing, booking, and promotional purposes.
Both parties agree to protect confidential business, customer, and operational information.
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Provider App after updates constitutes acceptance.
These Terms shall be governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which iStay operates.
